Common questions

Do I need an account?: No. The app has no sign-in. Open it and start using it.
Is the app free?: Yes. Everything in the current version is free.
A reminder did not appear. What should I check?: Open your phone's Settings, find Do Not Forget Today under Notifications, and make sure notifications are allowed. Then open the reminder in the app and confirm its date and time.
I cannot record a voice memo.: The app needs microphone access to record. Open your phone's Settings, find Do Not Forget Today, and turn Microphone on.
Where is my Swayam information kept?: On your phone only. We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore it for you.
How do I move Swayam to a new phone?: Use Export in Swayam on the old phone to save a backup file, then use Import on the new phone. Export before you delete the app. The backup file is not encrypted, so keep it somewhere you trust.
Prayers or Jharoka will not load.: These sections load over the internet. Check your connection and open the section again.
